Josh was very helpful and gave an accurate estimate after a short site visit, then worked with our schedule to get the work done.

Josh replies promptly and keeps communication open, on-going, and, especially, coordinated well with the tenants. As an “absentee landlady,” Josh inspired my confidence that no job was too small or “dirty,” as he took on the situation of clearing out leftover, discarded detritus in a house’s crawl space. Josh was honest to offer me the keeping of still useable cinder blocks and footings. Josh adjusted his estimate downward, as he would not be hauling away these useable items. The tenants and I are satisfied with Happy Hauling. They lived up to their business name.
